LOANS
Most of artworks in AIR D'ART collection is available for loan. There are approximately 10 to 20 artworks are lent to museums, institutions and galleries in the region annually.
The process of requesting and borrowing artworks can be time consuming in order to ensure safety for the artworks and avoid damages. Therefore, we recommend individuals or organizations to send in their requests at least 6 months in advance. This will help AIR D'ART to have enough time for evaluating the sustainability of artworks, and preparing for shipment.

For artists, collectors or dealers with artworks that are wished to be acquired by AIR D'ART centre, either as donations or purchases, please send your proposals to:

Your proposal should include:
. Images of the artwork (digital or printed images, no original artwork)
. Information on the artwork (title, date, dimensions, provenance, exhibition history, descriptions, etc.)
. Information on the artist(s)
. Other relevant materials
Due to the amount of proposal submissions to AIR D’ART, it may take up to 1 month for responses. The process of acquisition may take a few more months after. We ask for your understanding and patience.
